Meet Tiana, one of our Technician Assistants. Tiana joined our team in July 2021.

Hi Tiana! Do you have any nicknames?

At work, no. But my family has called me many things, including Maggie, Maggif Baby Maggie, Baby Maggif, Tawny, TT, Raccoon, and my favorite Twigs No Hair Jones Maggie. The reasoning behind most of these nicknames still remains to be unknown.😂

In your words, what is your job at Frontier?

In my own words, I feel like my role at Frontier is still learning how to do my job to the fullest extent! I am currently in training to be a TA, and I keep improving every day and learning new things from all of my coworkers.

Why did you decide to work at Frontier?

I decided to work at Frontier because, first things first, they actually replied to me! Secondly, when I interviewed, I had felt so welcome within the first 15 minutes, the work environment was amazing, and everyone has been so helpful in teaching me.

Do you have any pets?

I currently don’t have any pets here in Oregon with me.

Oh geez, random facts, well I have a birthmark in the shape of a boot, I whistle by breathing inwards, not outwards, and I’ve never broken a bone (no matter how hard I’ve tried).
