Meet Emily, one of our Client Service Representatives who also works as a Patient Care Coordinator. She joined our team in May 2024.

Wy did you decide to work at Frontier?  I was looking to change hospitals and knew this clinic had a reputation for a very special work environment that should be more common across the industry. 

What’s the most inspiring part of your job?  The most inspiring part of my job is watching the whole staff share collective eagerness to help sick animals. It’s truly the priority.

What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job? I feel my best skills are taking the job seriously and staying focused on the important objectives. But at the same time providing humor and trying to make everyone laugh.

What do you think is your coworkers’ favorite thing about working with you? I think my coworkers favorite thing about me is my ability to stay on task and my reliability. 

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given? If you don’t immediately like it when you try it on, you probably won’t wear it.

Tell us about your pets! I have a 6 year old Great Pyrenese/Bernese Mountain dog mix (okay, fine he’s technically my boyfriend’s dog but kinda mine too now?!) He’s 130 pounds of handsome and a fresh haircut makes him even cuter. He’s a sweet gentle giant but will protect anyone he loves. The best part about his personality is the toddler tantrum he throws when he’s hungry.

What are you happiest doing, when you’re not working? Going to the movies! I would spend all day there if I could. I’ll go see anything!

If you could have any superpower, what would it be? Teleportation.

If you could invent a holiday, what would it definitely involve? 1$ movie tickets?? Is that already a thing somewhere??

If we held an office talent show, you’d wow everyone with your skills at… Really bad karaoke
