Jessie

Meet Jessie, one of our Client Service Representatives (CSR). Jessie has worked at Frontier since April 2006.

Do you have any nicknames?
JD, Dubach, JESSICA (when I’m in trouble with Sara)

In your words, what is your job at Frontier?
Being a CSR during COVID was very challenging, but the basic goals of the job remained the same! Even with the massive increase in the number of pet owners, we’re trying our hardest to help everyone. Thanks to those who have exhibited patience during this time!

Why did you decide to work at Frontier?
Back 15 years ago, I was just excited that Frontier had a website! I stayed because my coworkers are fantastic.

Do you have any pets?
Of course, I have pets! I have the most gorgeous, absolute queen of a fluffy cat, Daphne. I adopted her from Bonnie Hayes when we had adoptable cats here at Frontier! As soon as I saw her, I knew she was coming home with me. If she could speak and tell me what she wants, I would buy ANYTHING for her. I don’t even care what it is. She deserves it. Despite everything I’ve bought, she prefers packing paper as her primary toy. We literally keep packing paper in the living room for her.

I also have a scruffy pittie mix named Wallie! He looks a lot like Benji (I’m dating myself here) and LOVES everyone! When we go to the dog park, he’s more interested in meeting humans than other dogs. He has literally ZERO talents, other than being cute. He doesn’t like playing fetch, he knows no tricks, he rarely comes when called, he’d leave us for a stranger with a Slim Jim. He’s just a dog doing dog stuff! He has a long list of pseudonyms, including (but not limited to); Walter, Walid, Wallot, Wu, Woobie, Walnut, Wallet, Wooseph, Woodle, and Chicken Woodle.

Tell us a little-known fact about you!
Even though I live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, I am not outdoorsy. I prefer to view nature from a window like an indoor cat does! Give me books, coffee, air conditioning, and my pets, and I’d never leave the house again!
