Meet Christna, one of our Client Service Representatives. Christna has worked at Frontier since June 2019.
Do you have any nicknames?
A lot of my friends call me Cridna. People didn’t know how to properly pronounce it and that’s what they came up with. Now a lot of people here have been calling me by my nickname.
In your words, what is your job at Frontier?
I am the first line of communication between Client and Hospital. Client calls, I answer and try to help the best way possible. I also get to help the Doctor write down all the notes during the exam, so that they are more focused on the patient. Plus I get to love on all the cute fur babies when they come in.
Why did you decide to work at Frontier?
I became more interested in the veterinary field after my dog DeeDee was diagnosed with Epilepsy. I wanted to be in an environment that could educate and help me with her condition. It also helps that I am surrounded by a group of people that LOVE their pets just as much as I do.
Do you have any pets?
I have a beautiful, crazy, energetic, and sweet, 2 year old German Shepherd name DeeDee. She loves treats and toys. She is a typical German Shepherd. She loves to talk when she meets new people but once you give her a chance, she starts to show you love with lots of wiggles and kisses. Her favorite game is hide and seek. She loves to look for people and treats.
Tell us a little known fact about you!
I was born and raised in the Bay Area. With that came my very different accent. People tend to assume I’m southern which is quite funny. I am also obsessed with reality television. It’s just so funny. I love all things comedy. Some of my favorite shows are The Office, The Big Bang Theory, and Everybody Loves Raymond. I also have a big obsession with all things Disney!!! I have been going for the last 4 years and always see and do something new. I am never disappointed.
