Anni

Meet Anni, one of our Client Service Representatives/Exam Room Assistants. Anni has worked at Frontier since September 2019.

Do you have any nicknames?
Anni is my nickname! I’ve used it for almost a decade now, so it doesn’t feel like a nickname anymore!

In your words, what is your job at Frontier?
I’m a CSR (Client Services Representative) – this meant I was essentially a receptionist during the pandemic, but now that we’re open, I get to swap between working in the lobby, checking in patients and taking calls, and working with a doctor, setting up rooms and checking out their patients.

Why did you decide to work at Frontier?
I wanted a change of pace! Life in vet med is super crazy, but I love that no matter how busy it gets, there’s always a puppy here to love on!

Do you have any pets?
I am currently petless! My family dog lives with my parents – she is definitely not the type to be okay in an apartment, so she stayed with them when I moved out. Her name is Spika, and she’s a black and white Icelandic sheepdog with a boatload more hair than she needs. 20lbs of crazy, she’s terrible on a leash, but she’ll show you every trick she knows if you’re holding a snack!

Tell us a little known fact about you!
I’m plant-obsessed!! I definitely got swept up in the recent houseplant craze that started a couple of years back. Countless hours were spent scouring the internet for rare plants that, at the time, were only available in Thailand and were very expensive – now I see those plants in New Seasons! My mind is like a plant dictionary now – I can talk for hours about the different varieties of Monstera, Philodendron, Scindapsus, etc., AND tell you how to take care of them!
