Client Service Representative

Meet Maddi, one of our Client Service Representatives. Maddi has worked at Frontier since July 2017.

Do you have any nicknames?

My full name is Madeline, so Maddi is technically my nickname. But my family has always called me “Mads” for an even shorter version of Madeline, haha!

In your words, what is your job at Frontier? 

My role with Frontier Veterinary Hospital is all about customer care. I greet customers and their adorable pets and walk them through the check-in process. I am also responsible for answering phone calls, preparing rooms for exams, and other things that help prepare our customers for the best care possible.

 Why did you decide to work at Frontier?

I was eating dinner with my dad at Chipotle (yum) next door one night, and as we were leaving, I said “I should apply for a job there!”. I went home and looked online to see if they were hiring, and they were! The more I thought about it, the more I thought it would be a perfect fit. I love animals and I know how important pets are to their owners. I’m really happy I made the decision to apply! All of my coworkers are awesome.

Do you have any pets? 

Yes, I have a dog named Henree who is a Cavamalt, which is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Maltese mix. He’s a little red and white fluff ball! I’ve had him since I was 11 years old, so he’s an old man, but he’s still full of energy!

Tell us a little-known fact about you!

Before I began working at Frontier, my life used to be all about aquatics. I swam competitively all four years of high school, broke two school records, and qualified to compete at the state championships my senior year. I have an obsession with the band Coldplay, and I also really like interior design and basketball. Go Blazers!
