Meet Jordan, one of our Client Service Representatives. Jordan joined our team in June 2018.
Do you have any nicknames?
Nope! My family and friends back home in Arizona have plenty of nicknames for me, Jorgie being the most popular, but here at Frontier I just go by either JE (initials) or Jordan!
In your words, what is your job at Frontier?
Here at Frontier, my job is to advocate for the clients. I ensure that our clients feel comfortable and welcomed at all times and know their fur babies are receiving the highest quality care. Another part of my job is being the communicator between clients and doctors to get all the questions answered, prescriptions needed to be filled, etc. In times of emergency, I walk our clients through tougher appointments, offer calmness and show empathy towards the issue that is presented.
Why did you decide to work at Frontier?
I recently relocated from Phoenix, AZ simply for a change of scenery and a new industry seemed to come along with that. I live very close by and was driving past Frontier pretty often and got to thinking how fun it would be to be surrounded by animals every day. That thought has been proven correct! I love spending my days around all the pets and have learned so much about veterinary care through our amazing doctors and technicians.
Do you have any pets?
I sure do! I have a Great Dane named Laguna who’s special skill is being adorable at all times. I also have a horse named April. She is a Tennessee Walker from Kansas City, Missouri who is equally adorable, but I would say her special skill is non-stop eating.
