Meet Evan, one of our Technician Assistants. Evan joined our team in June 2018.
Hi Evan! Do you have any nicknames?
No nicknames that I know of.
In your words, what is your job at Frontier?
I like to think that my job is to help out everyone from my own Patient Service team to management to the CSRs and Hospital Attendants. I also feel like I create a nice balance within the hospital by adding a little more pun (yes pun) and laughter to ease the stress of long and/or difficult days.
Or, in a short answer, I just do what I’m told.
Why did you decide to work at Frontier?
To be honest. Big staff, great ratings, super close to home.
Do you have any pets?
I kind of have a pet. My girlfriend has one, but I clean the litter box and feed and all that, so she’s mine too. Her name is Posey after the San Francisco Giants catcher Buster Posey. She is a 3-year-old black DSH and slightly cross-eyed. Her nickname is Po, or more commonly, Potato.
Tell us a little-known fact about you!
Most people don’t believe that I grew up in Hawaii. I got my bachelors of science in biology from PSU. I never had a pet growing up, but I still found my way into this field. My most memorable moment in life so far is my 5 weeks I spent in Southern Africa back in 2015.
