Savannah CSR

Client Service Representative

Meet Savannah, one of our Client Service Representatives.  Savannah has worked at Frontier since February 2016.

Do you have any nicknames?

For some reason, I’ve never had a lot of nicknames. I don’t think “Savannah” lends itself to a very clever nickname. My middle name is, hilariously, Anna and a lot of people just prefer to call me by my full name or Savannah Anna. And, like everyone at Frontier, I go by my initials a lot.

In your words, what is your job at Frontier?

My job at Frontier is to act as an advocate for clients and patients and a liaison between the doctors and our clients and patients. My special responsibility is to amuse my fellow co-workers, which I do happily. If I can make them laugh, I feel like I’ve had a good day.

Why did you decide to work at Frontier?

I’ve worked at a few different veterinary hospitals in the Portland area but Frontier was one of the first ones where I felt like I truly belonged. My co-workers genuinely care for the pets that they work with, the clients that they serve, and for one another. It feels more like a community at Frontier and it’s one that I am extremely proud to be a part of.

Do you have any pets?

Sadly, I do not have any personal pets at the moment: my little old lady cat Sally Zebra Volcano (awesome names run in the family!) passed away about three years ago. But I live with three amazing rent-a-pets that belong to my roommates: Chandler the American Eskimo, Chief the cat, and Loki, who is part cat, part my best friend. Loki and I bonded pretty quickly when I moved in and she likes to groom my hair when it is unruly.

Tell us a little known fact about you!

First off, I am crazy in love with Beyoncé – and Golden Retrievers. It is a dream of mine to have a Golden Retriever named Beyoncé. All of the ladies in the CSR department are very supportive of this. I also really feel like my name tag should have “Golden Retriever Advocate” on it.

Other fun facts about me include:

  • Shark Week is my favorite week of the year. Nothing made me happier than dressing up Frontier pets as sharks earlier this year!
  • I’ve been writing fiction almost every day for the last ten years. Occasionally, I write with a partner and we send pieces back and forth to each other.
  • I have been trying to convince my roommates to run for HOA president for the last two years so that I can run a shadow government in our neighborhood.
  • I am a Pisces.
